Cheap Monday in association with Selfridges

Yesterday evening Relative MO hosted a party in the reception of the Mother Building in Shoreditch to celebrate the opening of the new Cheap Monday store at Selfridges.

The converted warehouse space was dressed like an actual working warehouse, celebrating all things lo-fi and dominated by raw, basic materials such as broken particle boards and old building materials. Tote goody bags with t-shirts and other paraphernalia were handed out while guests enjoyed the free bar all evening serving Ciroq, Mahiki Rum and Gaymers Cider. Hot dogs were available but the predominantly younger fashion conscious crowd abstained from eating, most likely watching their diet for fashion week just around the corner, instead sipping drinks from the unlimited bar, taking photos in the photo booth and enjoying the performances and DJ sets from INTL, Is Tropical, Marie Clare and Wade Crescent.

Here are some photos of me and friends in attendance, including models Anthony 'BB' Kaye, Charlotte De Carle and Suki Waterhouse. Celebrated British designer James Long, whose party I'm organising for London Fashion Week, was also in attendance, as was Bip Ling, the new face of Forever 21.
